(hereinafter "MO Asesoría", "MO Abogados / Contadores" or the "Controller"), with address at Lago Titicaca 201, Colonia Fluvial Vallarta, Zip Code 48312, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, is the legal entity responsible for the processing, use, storage and protection of your personal data, pursuant to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter, the "Law") and other applicable regulations.

Personal Data Collected
For the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, MO Asesoría may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- a) Identification data: full name, date and place of birth, nationality, marital status, CURP, RFC, voter's ID (INE/IFE), passport, professional license, driver's license, foreign identification numbers or records (visa, immigration form, residence card or equivalent document), handwritten and/or electronic signature, photograph and biometric data when required by competent authorities.
- b) Civil registry documents: birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates, divorce decrees and agreements, and any other document issued by the Civil Registry or competent authority.
- c) Contact data: home and tax address, landline and mobile phone numbers, personal and work email addresses.
- d) Employment and professional data: occupation, profession, position, employer name and address, seniority, social security regime, social security number (NSS) and employment history.
- e) Financial and asset data: tax information, tax returns, bank statements, proof of income, real estate and personal property information, liens, mortgages, credits, credit history and bank references.
- f) Academic data: education level, professional license, certificates and diplomas.
- g) Sensitive data: when strictly necessary, we may collect data related to judicial or administrative proceedings, criminal records, health status, and any other data considered sensitive by law.
Purposes of Data Processing
A) Primary purposes (necessary for the legal relationship):
- Provision of legal, accounting, tax, administrative, notarial and comprehensive consulting services.
- Drafting, review and formalization of contracts, agreements, public deeds and legal documents.
- Legal representation and appearances before judicial, administrative, tax, labor, agrarian, notarial and any other public or private authorities.
- Processing before notary publics, commercial brokers, Public Registry of Property and Commerce, cadastre, government agencies, banking and financial institutions.
- Management and follow-up of lawsuits, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, mediations and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Compliance with tax, accounting, labor and social security obligations.
- Billing, fee collection and management of the contractual relationship.
- Contact and communication related to contracted services.
- Creation and maintenance of client files.
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.
B) Secondary purposes:
- Sending information about legislative changes, legal updates, newsletters and communications.
- Invitations to events, seminars, courses and training.
- Evaluation and improvement of our service quality.
- Internal statistics and data analysis for operational improvement.
Authorization for Third-Party Proceedings
By providing your personal data to MO Asesoría, the data subject expressly and irrevocably authorizes the Controller to:
- Provide, exhibit and share personal data before notary publics, commercial brokers, courts, tribunals, conciliation and arbitration boards, and any competent authority for the conduct of lawsuits, proceedings, hearings and other legal actions.
- Share information with the Public Registry of Property, cadastre, SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, SRE, Civil Registry, and any government agency for processing of entrusted procedures.
- Deliver documentation to banking, financial and credit institutions for mortgage loans, account openings, trusts and related financial operations.
- Carry out deed executions, notarization of acts, granting of powers of attorney, corporate formations, sales, donations, assignments of rights and land regularizations.
- Provide information to experts, appraisers, translators, interpreters and other judicial auxiliaries as required by the entrusted service.
Personal Data Transfers
MO Asesoría may transfer your personal data without your consent in the cases provided by Law:
- When provided for by law or treaty to which Mexico is a party.
- When necessary for medical prevention or diagnosis, healthcare or health services management.
- When required by competent authorities in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
- When necessary for the recognition, exercise or defense of a right in judicial proceedings.
- When necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the controller and data subject.
Your data may also be shared with:
- Judicial, administrative, tax and labor authorities.
- Notary publics, commercial brokers and public attestors.
- Banking, financial and credit institutions.
- Public Registry of Property, cadastre and government agencies.
- Third parties contracted for professional support (accountants, experts, appraisers, translators, actuaries, among others), subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Controlling, subsidiary or affiliated companies of MO Asesoría.
ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)
You or your duly accredited legal representative have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO Rights). To exercise these rights, submit your request in writing to MO Asesoría Integral, Contable y Legal, S.C., via email at info@moasesoria.com or at our address.
Your request must include at minimum:
- Full name and address for response communication.
- Documents proving your identity or legal representation.
- Clear description of the personal data regarding which you seek to exercise your rights.
- Any element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
- For rectification requests, the modifications to be made and supporting documentation.
MO Asesoría will communicate its determination within a maximum of twenty (20) business days from receipt of the request. If applicable, it will be effective within fifteen (15) additional business days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when circumstances justify it.
Revocation of Consent
You may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data following the same ARCO Rights procedure, by sending your request to info@moasesoria.com or submitting it at our address.
Please note that in certain cases, revocation cannot be processed immediately due to legal, contractual or public interest obligations. Furthermore, for certain purposes, revoking your consent will mean we can no longer provide the requested service or will result in the termination of your relationship with us.
Limitation of Use and Disclosure
To limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, you may:
- Send your request to info@moasesoria.com with the subject "Limitation of use and disclosure of personal data".
- Submit your request in writing at our address stated at the beginning of this Notice.
Your request must include your full name, address, phone number, email, and a clear description of the limitations you request. MO Asesoría will process your request within a maximum of twenty (20) business days.
Security Measures
MO Asesoría has implemented administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing, including:
- Physical and logical access controls for information.
- File storage in restricted access areas.
- Internal confidentiality and information management policies.
- Confidentiality agreements with employees and collaborators with access to personal data.
- Technological tools for digital information protection.
Video Surveillance
MO Asesoría premises are equipped with a closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance system for the following purposes:
- Safeguarding the safety and physical integrity of our clients, visitors, employees and collaborators.
- Protecting the assets, property and facilities of the company.
- Preventing and deterring unlawful or policy-violating conduct.
- Generating evidence in case of security incidents, accidents or disputes.
Recordings are kept for a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days, after which they are securely deleted, unless a legal, contractual or security reason justifies longer retention. Access to recordings is restricted exclusively to authorized MO Asesoría personnel and, where applicable, competent authorities with a proper written order. Surveilled areas are properly marked with visible signs. By entering our premises, you accept the processing of your image through the video surveillance system as described herein.
Social Media and Advertising Content
MO Asesoría maintains a presence on various social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube) for informational, advertising and professional service promotion purposes.
In the course of its communication and marketing activities, MO Asesoría may produce photographic, audiovisual or graphic content at its premises, events, seminars, training sessions or professional activities. When such content includes identifiable images, videos or references of clients, visitors or third parties, the following rules shall apply:
- Prior, express and written consent will be requested from the data subject before publishing any content in which they are identifiable.
- The data subject may revoke consent for the use of their image on social media at any time by sending a written request to info@moasesoria.com.
- Upon receiving the revocation request, MO Asesoría will remove the content within a maximum of five (5) business days, unless a legal obligation prevents its removal.
- MO Asesoría shall not be liable for the use that third parties or social media platforms themselves make of the information once published. Data subjects are encouraged to review the privacy notices and terms of use of each platform.
All advertising content produced by MO Asesoría shall respect the dignity, image and reputation of individuals and comply with applicable data protection and copyright laws.
Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Notice is governed by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, the Privacy Notice Guidelines and other applicable regulations of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from this Notice, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
Consent
By using our services, the data subject declares that they have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice, granting free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent for their personal data to be processed as established herein.
The data subject also expressly authorizes MO Asesoría to collect, use, store, transfer and, where applicable, share their personal data and documentation with individuals, legal entities, authorities and agencies necessary for the adequate provision of the contracted professional services, under the terms described in this Notice.
